Ajay Aurora

Ajay Aurora is an experienced HRIS professional with a progression of roles in human resources information systems spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Manager of HR Information Systems at Major League Baseball since January 2019, Ajay has also held positions such as Technical Lead and Workday HCM Analyst. Prior experience includes roles as HRIS Analyst at Omnicom Media Group and HRIS Manager at Kaplan, Inc., where Ajay provided support, training, and mentorship while managing HRIS implementations and user training. Ajay began a career at Arthur Andersen, LLP as an HRIS Analyst, focusing on maintaining HRIS records and compiling reports. Ajay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh.
