Alex Rosen

Alex Rosen serves as the VP & Deputy General Counsel for Local Media at Major League Baseball (MLB) since February 2017, where responsibilities include leading negotiations on content licensing arrangements and supporting operations for MLB’s local media business across various domains. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Counsel for Global Media at MLB, where negotiations centered on media rights and deal strategies, and Counsel for Business & Legal Affairs, facilitating team equity sales and corporate transactions. Prior to MLB, Alex worked as an Associate in Sports Law and TMT at Proskauer Rose LLP, advising sports and media organizations. Earlier career highlights include serving as Executive Director of the Ivy Sports Symposium, driving substantial revenue growth. Alex holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a BBA in Management Information Systems from Villanova University.
