Anthony Pierno

Anthony Pierno is a seasoned sports media professional with extensive experience in broadcasting and content production. Currently serving as a Senior Game Operator at Major League Baseball since February 2022 and a Sports Anchor at WFAN Radio since November 2018, Pierno also co-founded The Pros Club Podcast Network, which features audio podcasts with athletes discussing sports, society, and pop culture. Alongside these roles, Pierno has held positions at Audacy, Inc. since January 2013 as a Producer and Sports Anchor, contributing to CBS Sports Minutes and managing various production tasks. Previously, Pierno worked as a Sports Anchor at WCBS 880, Radio Broadcaster at WSIA-FM, and completed internships at WFAN Radio and SportsNet New York. Pierno holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island.
