Ashley Britt

Ashley Britt, MBA, currently serves as Senior Coordinator in Customer Experience at Major League Baseball, where considerable expertise in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty is demonstrated through strategic initiatives and the analysis of customer journeys. As Co-Chair of the MLB Black Employee Resource Group, Ashley leads efforts to strengthen diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization. Previous roles include Coordinator of Customer Experience at Greater Living Transportation LLC, where proactive engagement strategies resulted in a notable increase in client retention rates, and as a Teacher at Motivating Minds Childcare, where innovative lesson plans and behavior management strategies significantly improved student participation and behavior. Ashley holds a Master of Business Administration from Morgan State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Medgar Evers College, CUNY.
