Avinash Anne

Avinash Anne is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Major League Baseball since April 2023, Avinash previously held the same title at Rally Health from April 2017 to December 2022, where oversight was provided for a global team of over 35 engineers, driving the development of customer-facing software products and implementing modern tech solutions that significantly improved quality and customer satisfaction. Prior roles include Software Engineering Manager at Webdam, Software Engineering Lead at MarkMonitor, and Senior Software Development Engineer Test at Wells Fargo, among others. Avinash holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from UC Santa Barbara, as well as a Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from San Jose State University.
