Dan Rootenberg

Dan Rootenberg serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Spear Physical Therapy, overseeing the vision and growth of a 45-location enterprise since January 1999. In addition to leadership at Spear, Dan has been a Physical Therapist and Strength/Conditioning Coach for Team Israel during the World Baseball Classic since September 2012. Dan also holds advisory positions with the Trusted Rehab Provider Network at Mount Sinai Health System and the Israel Association of Baseball as the Olympic Baseball Team Physical Therapist. A member of Vistage Worldwide, Inc. since 2015, Dan engages in peer advisory to enhance leadership and community. Previous experience includes serving on the Rehab Network Advisory Board at Hospital for Special Surgery and playing a player/coach role in the International Baseball Development Program from 1997 to 2004. Dan's educational background includes a BA in Psychology from Binghamton University, a Clinical Doctorate from the EIM Executive Program, and a Master's in Physical Therapy from Touro University.
