Eric Nathanson

Eric Nathanson currently serves as the Manager of HR Information Systems at Major League Baseball (MLB) since November 2021, following a role as a Workday Analyst. Prior to MLB, Eric worked as a Consultant for Workday HRIS and Special Projects at Kaplan from May 2021 to November 2021. Eric's extensive experience at Kaplan Test Prep spanned from March 2010 to December 2020, where positions included Manager of HR Operations & HRIS, HR Analyst, and HR Generalist. Eric's career in human resources began at Kaplan K12 Learning Services, serving as a Human Resources Coordinator from July 2008 to March 2010. Eric holds a degree from the University at Albany.
