Genesis Gil

Genesis Gil currently serves as the Streaming Services & Video Ops Coordinator at Paramount, where responsibilities include coordinating across CBS stakeholders for live-streaming events, overseeing a video operations team, and managing crisis situations. In addition to this role, Genesis has experience as a Broadcast Operations Engineer for Major League Baseball on a seasonal basis and previously worked as an Ad Scheduling Coordinator at Game Show Network, where strategic programming adjustments were made based on audience demographics. Previous positions also include roles in production assistance at The Walt Disney Company, social impact operations at SB Projects, and various internships. Genesis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Gender Studies from UCLA and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from Orange Coast College.
