James DaSilva has extensive experience in ticketing and sales within the sports and entertainment industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Ticketing at Major League Baseball since May 2012, James has held various positions within the organization, including Director and Associate Director of Ticketing. Prior to MLB, James worked as Sales Manager for Sports & Entertainment at Travelzoo from November 2011 to May 2012 and held roles at Madison Square Garden from July 2006 to November 2011, focusing on ticket and premium sales as well as sports team operations for the Rangers and Knicks. James holds a degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University Silberman College of Business, completed between 2002 and 2006, and is a graduate of Ridge High School, class of 2002.
