Jennifer Simms serves as the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of Licensing and Club Services at Major League Baseball since January 1995, where responsibilities include negotiating and drafting complex consumer product license agreements and promotional rights/sponsorship agreements, as well as providing counsel on trademark, antitrust, contract, and bankruptcy issues. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of Senior Counsel, managing similar legal matters and contract preparations. Additionally, Jennifer has experience as an Associate Attorney at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP, and Breed Abbott & Morgan. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters and History from Tufts University.
