Jennifer Simms serves as the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of Licensing and Club Services at Major League Baseball since January 1995, where responsibilities include negotiating and drafting complex consumer product license agreements and promotional rights/sponsorship agreements, as well as providing counsel on trademark, antitrust, contract, and bankruptcy issues.
