Jesse Sanchez has been with Major League Baseball since February 2001, currently serving as the Director of Talent Development & Diversity Outreach - Content, a role that includes overseeing the MLB Digital Content Diversity Fellowship initiated in 2023. This fellowship is aimed at preparing early career candidates for opportunities within the Content Department and the broader baseball industry. Prior to this, Jesse was MLB.com’s first national baseball reporter, focusing on Latino players and related stories, and served as the inaugural beat reporter for TexasRangers.com.
