Jim Leonard

Jim Leonard is a seasoned Remote Technical Manager at MLB Advanced Media, L.P. since January 2017, providing comprehensive technical, engineering, and operational support for MLB broadcast products and services. As a freelance EVS operator since March 2002, Jim has worked with major clients such as ESPN, ABC, and NBC. Prior experience includes significant roles at Discovery Communications, managing media services and operations, where Jim was instrumental in implementing innovative workflows and compliance strategies for content delivery across multiple networks. Jim's earlier career at ESPN included supervisory responsibilities and the development of standard operating procedures for a digital high-definition facility. Jim holds a degree from Kentucky Wesleyan College, completed in 1994.
