Joseph Molinaro

Joseph Molinaro is an experienced retail and e-commerce professional currently serving as the Director of Club Retail for Major League Baseball (MLB) since June 2023. Prior to this role, Joseph held various positions at rEal Group as a Sports Licensing Sales Representative from October 2019 to June 2023, and at MLB Advanced Media, L.P. from 2001 to 2019, where significant contributions were made to the growth of MLB’s e-commerce platform, achieving multimillion-dollar revenue. Joseph’s extensive background includes leadership roles such as Vice President of E-Commerce & Premiums and Vice President of E-Commerce, responsible for overseeing buying, merchandising, marketing, and performance analytics. Earlier career experience includes roles at Cyberian Outpost Inc. as Sr. Product Manager, Connection as Product Manager, and The TJX Companies, Inc. as Allocation Analyst.
