Joshua Phelps

Joshua Phelps is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and user experience. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of User Experience Engineering at Major League Baseball since September 2025, Joshua previously held the position of Vice President of Software Engineering at SiriusXM from August 2022 to September 2025. During a tenure at The Walt Disney Company from April 2017 to June 2022, Joshua led an international team responsible for engineering Disney+, ESPN+, and NHL for iOS, watchOS, and tvOS. Joshua's career at Major League Baseball began in June 2012 as Director of iOS/tvOS Engineering, progressing through various roles in engineering. Joshua's early career included positions at Mindgrub and an iPhone app internship at Loyola University Maryland, where a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science was earned in 2011.
