Lilly Guale

Lilly Guale is a seasoned payroll management professional with over 30 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as Sr. Payroll Manager at MLB since October 2011, Lilly manages in-house multi-state payroll and oversees the drafting of tax files for Ceridian. Prior to MLB, Lilly held the position of Payroll Supervisor, also managing multi-state payroll for 1,000 employees at previous jobs. Lilly's career began at Balloffet Die Corporation as Executive Administrative Assistant, advancing through roles at LLadro USA and NBA, where responsibilities included supervising payroll staff and processing complex payroll scenarios involving multi-state taxation and employee expenses. Lilly holds a BS in Business Administration from Berkeley College of Business.
