Matt Moyer

Gameday Compliance Monitor at Major League Baseball

Matt Moyer has held various leadership roles within the Toronto Police Service since January 1990, currently serving as A/Superintendent of Traffic Operations. Previous positions include Inspector with the Traffic Services and Emergency Management and Public Order units, Staff Sergeant in the Community Response Unit, and Sergeant/Detective with the Community Response Unit and Detective Office. In addition to law enforcement, Moyer serves as a Gameday Compliance Monitor for Major League Baseball at Blue Jays games and as an Instructor in the Police Foundations Program at Humber College. Moyer began a career in social work with the Ontario Disability Support Program from 1985 to 1990 and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and Public Administration from Toronto Metropolitan University. Continuing education includes coursework at the Schulich School of Business and ongoing training at the Ontario Police College.
