Melanie Lee

Melanie Lee is an accomplished professional in sports management and operations, currently serving as Sr. Director of Ballpark Operations for Major League Baseball since July 2015, with previous roles including Director and Manager of Ballpark Operations. Prior experience includes various positions at The Madison Square Garden Company, where responsibilities encompassed guest services and program leadership, as well as event hospitality at Barclays Center. Additional background includes internships with the New York Mets, Detroit Red Wings, and Bulldogs RLFC, where event coordination and community relations were key focus areas. Melanie holds a Master's degree in Homeland Security from Northeastern University, a Graduate Certificate in Sport Security Management from The University of Southern Mississippi, and a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from the University of Michigan.
