Michael Avallone

Michael Avallone is an experienced editorial producer, reporter, and editor with a strong background in sports media. Currently serving as a Senior Editorial Producer at Major League Baseball since March 2016, Avallone has implemented innovative strategies to enhance storytelling and authored high-traffic features on Minor League Baseball. Prior experience includes roles at SNY as the lead writer for the Metsblog section and as Network Manager at Chi City Digital Media, where Avallone managed a team and developed digital content. Additionally, Avallone held a managerial role at Avon, focusing on internal communications, and worked for the NBA in editorial production. Avallone holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Marist University.
