Michael Otero is an experienced professional in circulation and logistics management, currently serving as Senior Circulation Sales Manager for the Financial Times in the U.S.A. Since March 2023, Otero has also worked as a Gameday Compliance Monitor for Major League Baseball, ensuring adherence to game-day regulations by team personnel. As the Founder and CEO of CLE Logistics from 2020 to 2023, Otero grew the organization significantly, managing compliance and employee safety. Prior to this, Otero held various leadership roles at The New York Times over nearly two decades, including Director of National Home Delivery, where responsibilities included overseeing a substantial budget, enhancing subscriber retention, and leading process improvements.
