Mitchell Schwartz is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and intellectual property within Major League Baseball, holding various senior positions such as Senior Vice President, Head of Litigation and Intellectual Property, Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Vice President, Associate General Counsel, Senior Counsel, and Counsel from 2007 to present.
