Murray Cook

Murray Cook serves as the President of the Brightview Sportsturf Division at BrightView Landscapes, a position held since 2001, focusing on sportsturf planning, design, construction, and management services for global clients, including prestigious events like the Olympics and Major League Baseball. With over 30 years of experience, Murray also works as a Field and Facility Advisor for Major League Baseball, contributing to event management and ballpark operations worldwide. Previous roles include Deputy Venue Operation Manager for the Beijing Organizing Committee for the 2008 Olympics, Deputy Competition Manager for Athens 2004, and managing baseball operations for the 2000 Sydney Olympics. Early career positions include leadership roles at Disney Sports/ESPN, the City of West Palm Beach, and Minor League Baseball, complemented by education from N.C.W.C. and the Disney Management Program.
