Rob Engel is an accomplished software engineering professional with a robust background in technology leadership and software development. Currently serving as Vice President of Software Engineering at Major League Baseball since September 2011, Rob has previously contributed as a Software Engineer at Tellabs, where extensive work with C and Python was performed. Earlier experience includes an internship focused on web design and marketing at TigerLogic Corporation, where interactive Flash web demonstrations for the ChunkIt! product were created. Rob holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Macalester College.
