Scott Sokol has extensive experience in media operations, currently serving as Vice President of Media Operations at MLB Network since January 2009, overseeing all video content for MLB.com and MLB. Previous positions at MLB Network include Sr. Director and Director of Media Operations, where responsibilities encompassed the merger of video production teams, content distribution management, and show development. Earlier in career, Sokol held roles at CBS College Sports, managing media assets and digitization processes. Sokol holds a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and a Master’s degree in Communications Innovation from Ithaca College.
