Seth Paxton

Seth Paxton is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and security. Currently serving as Senior Director of Software Engineering at Major League Baseball since November 2017, Paxton manages critical teams focused on iOS, Android, backend, and access control for the highly ranked Ballpark app. Prior to this role, Paxton held several positions including Lead Senior Security Engineer at GoDaddy, where responsibilities included leading physical and digital security initiatives, and Manager of DevOps at Inteliquent, overseeing cloud-based telecommunications infrastructure. Paxton's earlier experience includes pivotal roles at DISH Network, contributing to the security architecture and engineering for massive entertainment services and mentored teams on security matters. Paxton holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering with an emphasis on Network Security from the University of Advancing Technology.
