Pete Marshall

Pete Marshall is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in the HR sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at MLC Partners since January 2015, Pete has also been a Trustee at Coventry Cyrenians since January 2021, inspired by a family commitment to charitable giving. Prior to these roles, Pete was the Head of HR Recruitment at Allen Lane from March 2010 to June 2014, where a new HR recruitment division was successfully established. Earlier experience includes working as a Consultant at Michael Page from February 2007 to March 2010, achieving recognition as a top performer in the company. Pete holds a BA (Hons) in Management from The University of Manchester, completed in 2006.
