Pete Marshall is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in the HR sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at MLC Partners since January 2015, Pete has also been a Trustee at Coventry Cyrenians since January 2021, inspired by a family commitment to charitable giving. Prior to these roles, Pete was the Head of HR Recruitment at Allen Lane from March 2010 to June 2014, where a new HR recruitment division was successfully established. Earlier experience includes working as a Consultant at Michael Page from February 2007 to March 2010, achieving recognition as a top performer in the company.
