Johnu George

Johnu George is a Technical Director at Nutanix, where they lead a world-class ML systems team and played a key role in founding Nutanix AI. Currently serving as the Kubeflow Training & AutoML Working Group Chair, Johnu also contributes as a Co-Chair of the MLCommons Storage Working Group and as the Technical Lead for the MLCommons Medical Working Group, focusing on the development of MedPerf, an open benchmarking platform for medical AI. They hold a Master of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and have previously worked at notable organizations including Cisco and Tejas Networks. Johnu's extensive experience in machine learning systems and software engineering has made significant contributions to projects like Kubeflow and Apache Mnemonic.
