Andy Bruce is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Principal at MLG Capital since 1995, Andy is involved in sponsoring a series of real estate private equity funds that provide investors with diverse income-producing real estate opportunities. Prior to MLG Capital, Andy held the position of Director of Development at WisPark, overseeing land sales and build-to-suit projects from 1989 to 1994, and served as Project Manager at PacTel Properties in San Francisco from 1985 to 1989, focusing on property redevelopment. Andy holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from the Wisconsin School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design from the University of Colorado Boulder, along with earlier education from USM Milwaukee.
