Kenneth Carter possesses extensive experience in health and safety management, currently serving as the Regional Work Health and Safety Advisor at MLG Oz since August 2022. Previously, Kenneth held the position of Senior Safety Advisor at Mineral Resources Limited from January 2020 to July 2022, and prior to that, worked as an HSEQ Specialist at Dyno Nobel, focusing on explosive services for mine sites. Kenneth's experience also includes a role as HSEQ Manager at Downer EC&M, overseeing various services including electrical and industrial operations, and a Zero Harm Manager for Downer's large Road Surfacing Business. Additionally, Kenneth served as a ZH Advisor in the Army for nearly three decades, specializing in physical training and high-risk outdoor pursuits. Kenneth holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Bangor University, earned between 2006 and 2008.
