Mark Hatfield

Mark Hatfield is a seasoned operational leader with extensive experience in various senior roles within the heavy equipment and mining industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at MLG Oz since February 2022, Mark is responsible for developing and executing the organization's operational strategy. Prior to this, Mark held the position of EGM Plant and Supply at Macmahon, overseeing maintenance, assets, supply, and IT departments from December 2015 to February 2022. Mark's career also includes significant roles at Leighton Asia as Plant Operations Manager and at WesTrac Cat in multiple capacities, culminating as Provincial General Manager. Mark holds an MBA from the Australian Institute of Management and a Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical from the Caterpillar Institute.
