Welcome to MLS Mortgage Group! We're Eric and Shel House, the people behind the company, partners in both business and life, proudly serving the community we call home in NE Minneapolis, MN. As true Minnesotans, we're embracing the beauty of the Land of 10,000(+) Lakes by settling into our fixer-upper closer to the water's edge.

With a combined experience of over three decades, we're not just mortgage experts, we're your trusted guides on the path to home financing. Whether you're a first-time homebuyer, an experienced investor, or seeking to refinance, we've got you covered. Our mission is simple: empower you with choices and simplify the often complex mortgage journey.

Over the years, we've built strong bonds with top REALTORS® and industry professionals due to our unwavering commitment to putting clients first. Our competitive rates and ethical approach set us apart in the Twin Cities area. But what truly defines us is our passion for what we do — it's not just business; it's our love for helping you find your dream home.

When we're not crafting mortgage solutions or creating educational content, you'll find us immersed in family adventures. From exploring the wonders of Minnesota to biking, games, and DIY home projects, we cherish every moment spent together. Our home is a testament to our dedication, just like the trust you place in us for your mortgage needs.
