Angela White currently serves as the Senior Director of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion at MLSE, a position held since May 2021, while also being the Founder of Lean In to Self Esteem since February 2017. Previously, Angela White had a significant tenure at RBC from 2003 to May 2021, where roles included Director of Role Design, Sales Strategy, and High Net Worth Business for RBC Caribbean and Co-Lead Beacon, a grassroots initiative supporting Black professionals. Angela White also held various leadership positions in sales and human resources, with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and talent management. Additionally, Angela White contributed to the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs as a mentor and participated in the Syrian Refugee Jobs Agenda Roundtable at Ryerson University. Angela White earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Marketing from Toronto Metropolitan University.
