Christian Blake

Christian Blake serves as the Director of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion for MLSE Foundation and MLSE LaunchPad, leading strategies and community partnerships to enhance social impact and EDI commitments. In addition to this role, Christian contributes as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Toronto, focusing on cultural competency and inclusive practices. Christian co-founded Level Up Gaming, a program designed to support individuals on the autism spectrum and those with disabilities through tabletop gaming. Previous experience includes managing community engagement and inclusion initiatives at the Royal Ontario Museum and providing pediatric occupational therapy at Boomerang Health powered by SickKids. Christian holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto and has further certifications in leadership and business from OCAD University and Harvard Business School Online.
