Gavin Thomson

Gavin Thomson has extensive experience in the hospitality and entertainment sectors, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as General Manager at e11even since March 2016, Gavin has progressed through various roles within the Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership, including Assistant General Manager and Manager. Prior experience includes a supervisory position at E11even and significant roles at Jawny Bakers, where Gavin held titles such as Operations Manager and General Manager. Earlier in the career, Gavin owned and operated @2066 Lounge & Bar and managed Captain Jack, as well as gaining bartending experience at Earls. Gavin Thomson is educated at the University of Manchester and St Thomas Aquinas College in the UK.
