Kellie Young

Kellie Young has over two decades of experience in ticket operations and customer service within the entertainment industry. Currently serving as Manager of Ticket Operations at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment since July 2015, Kellie has progressed through various roles since joining the organization in 2003, encompassing responsibilities such as event layout management, financial settlement, and supervision of ticket office operations. Prior experience includes working as a Box Office Sales Representative at Molson Amphitheatre, where responsibilities involved processing ticket orders and providing customer information. Kellie holds a Diploma in Human Services Counsellor from George Brown College and a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology from Western University.
