Kenneth L. possesses extensive experience in customer service and event management within the sports and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as Usher Team Lead for the Toronto Blue Jays, responsibilities include leading the Usher team to ensure a customer-centric approach, assisting with escalations, and maintaining company standards. Kenneth has held various roles with the Toronto Blue Jays, including usher and warehouse associate, recognized for outstanding performance. In addition to leadership roles, Kenneth has experience with MLSE's Guest Services Team and has been involved in multiple election positions, including Deputy Returning Officer. Academically, Kenneth holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Health Services Research and is pursuing a Master of Public Health at Yale University, complementing a diverse educational background that includes degrees in law, public administration, political science, and sport management.
