Matt Dans is a Full Stack Developer at MLSE (Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership) since July 2023 and a member of the Board of Directors for Swimming Canada since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Consultant and Senior Analyst for Technology Innovation at Accenture from September 2021 to June 2023, as well as contributions to the Toronto Titans ISL in statistics and sports analytics in late 2020. Previous positions also include various roles at the University of Toronto from September 2019 to August 2020 and software development at Synaptive Medical in 2016 and 2017. Matt Dans is currently pursuing a Master of Management Analytics at Smith School of Business at Queen's University, expected to complete in December 2024, and holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Toronto.
