Meghan Rees is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce management and scheduling within the sports and entertainment sector. Serving as the Director of Workforce Management & Scheduling at MLSE since September 2012, Meghan oversees labor planning and analysis for over 3,500 employees, managing a $45 million annual labor budget. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Scheduling, where Meghan significantly expanded departmental scope and achieved consistent labor efficiency savings, and Manager of Scheduling, where Meghan successfully delivered a scheduling modernization project with a substantial return on investment. Prior to MLSE, Meghan held various positions in organizations such as Chartwell Seniors Housing REIT, Pride Toronto, and York University. Meghan holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations from Queen's University and another Master's in Social Geography from York University, complemented by an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Philosophy from the University of Toronto Mississauga.
