Michael Jung is a seasoned professional in business analytics and data science with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Business Analytics at MLSE since January 2022, Michael previously held the position of Director of Data Science and Business Intelligence at Bell from January 2016 to January 2022. Prior to that, a significant tenure at TELUS from May 2002 to December 2015 included roles such as Director of Marketing - Customer Analytics, Director of Business Planning and Strategy, and Director of Market Insight. Michael's expertise encompasses the development of advanced analytic capabilities, customer data strategies, and leading strategic planning processes to align with corporate objectives.
