Neville Smith

Neville Smith possesses extensive experience in security management and operations, currently serving as Supervisor of Event Security at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment since 2017, overseeing up to 30 personnel and ensuring the safety of 21,000 fans at major events. Prior to this, Neville held the position of Team Supervisor in Corporate Security at GardaWorld, where responsibilities included coordinating training for over 60 security guards and managing critical communications during emergencies. With a strong background in loss prevention and physical security from previous roles at Loblaw Companies Limited, Best Buy Canada, and Gap Inc., Neville has demonstrated expertise in developing security plans, managing vendor relations, and leading investigative processes. Education was completed at DeVry in Mississauga between 1996 and 1998.
