Raphael Alfonzo is a seasoned professional in event management and guest services, currently serving as the Director of Fan Services at MLSE since July 2018, after previously holding roles as Manager of Guest Services and Assistant Manager of Event Personnel within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager for the Toronto Wolfpack RLFC and Spectator Services Deputy Venue Manager for the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games Corporation. Raphael has also held significant positions with WE, overseeing staff experience for the WE Day Tour, and at LoyaltyOne, managing internal communications and events. Additional experience includes coordinating staffing for the Toronto 2015 Pan/Parapan American Games and serving as a Community Outreach Team Lead. Raphael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Carleton University.
