Ryan McFarlane

Ryan McFarlane is an experienced catering operations professional with a strong background in food service management. Currently serving as the Catering Operations Manager at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment since October 2015, Ryan previously held various management roles, including Venue Manager at the Pan Am Games and AGM at WEGZ Stadium Bar, where Ryan managed a large facility and implemented cost-saving processes. Ryan's experience also includes serving as Operations Manager for Gourmet Cuisine at the Canadian Open events and Food Operations Manager & Controller with Compass Group, overseeing substantial food service accounts and operations. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics from Western University.
