Shane Wright is an experienced sports professional with a comprehensive background in community management, social media, and content production. Currently serving as the Community Manager for the Toronto Maple Leafs at MLSE since April 2019, Shane previously held the role of Social Media Coordinator for Toronto FC. Prior experience includes serving as Community Manager for NFL Canada at Mosaic North America, as well as working as a Web Producer at Rogers Communications for Sportsnet.ca and as a Writer/Researcher for 680News. Additional roles include Content/Graphics Editor at FNTSY Sports Network and Online Contributor for LastWordOnSports.com. Shane also worked as Media Relations Coordinator for the Markham Ironheads, managing social media accounts and producing game content, and provided play-by-play and analysis for the University of Toronto and York Lions Webcast Team through U SPORTS. Shane graduated from the College of Sports Media in 2017.
