Shaun Alfonso currently serves as the Research Lead for Systemic Design & Foresight and is a Social Innovation Fellow at Georgian College since August 2022. Additionally, Shaun has been an Expeditor for Premium Hospitality at MLSE since September 2019 and held the position of Junior Graphic Designer (Internship) at MLSE in early 2019. Previous experience includes working as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks from October 2013 to March 2019, overseeing Coat Check operations at INK Entertainment from September 2015 to February 2018, and serving as a Shift Supervisor at INK Entertainment from May 2005 to January 2015. Shaun also worked as a Dispatch Supervisor at Intelligarde® in May 2007. Shaun holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Foresight and Innovation from OCAD University, earned from 2020 to 2022, and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, completed between 2015 and 2020.
