Tania Pedron

Tania Pedron has extensive experience in sports administration and operations, currently serving as the Senior Director of Administration & Operations at MLSE for Toronto FC since January 2015. Tania's career at Toronto FC progressed through various roles, including Director, Senior Manager, Manager, Executive Assistant to the General Manager, and Academy Operations Intern. Prior to MLSE, Tania worked as Operations Manager and Team Administrator for ANB Futbol, where responsibilities included overseeing League 1 operations and coaching a Girls Program. Additionally, Tania has experience as a professional soccer player with Doncaster Rovers Belles Ladies F.C. Tania holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Graduate Program degree in Sport Business Management from Durham College.
