Weena Baja possesses a diverse background in the culinary and hospitality sectors, with hands-on experience in various roles. Training began with a Line Cook Trainee position at Vatel Business School during 2018, followed by further culinary experience at Snowshoe Mountain Resort, The Greenbrier, and multiple line cook roles leading to the current position at Lambo's Deli since August 2023. Additional experience includes a Barista role at GoodGood and a Retail Sales Associate position with the Toronto Blue Jays. Weena holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institution Management with a focus on Culinary Arts from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, complemented by a Culinary Management course at Centennial College in 2022.
