Locarno Pan currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner at Mlytics, focusing on building impactful products and businesses. As Co-Founder and Chief Strategist of ZEV City, Locarno promotes electric vehicle adoption and has implemented a fleet of Teslas for airport pickup services in Taiwan. Previously, Locarno held key roles at Cloud Mile Inc. as Chief Growth Officer and Investor, overseeing sales and platform business strategies across the APAC region. Experience includes positions at ST Telemedia, Microsoft, and Amazon Web Services, with significant achievements in partner development and sales growth. Locarno began a career in sales and business development at Joint Force Technology after earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Stage Management from Taipei National University of the Arts.
