MM Search likes to do things differently – we are people specialists.

Led by Founding Managing Partners Ken Morrice and Derek MacFeate, MM Search is Scotland’s fastest growing Executive Search firm specialising in Permanent, Interim and Non-Executive Director positions. We were recognised in 2023 as one of the Top 5 Executive Search firms in the UK by ManageHR. At MM Search we combine years of search experience, specialised sector knowledge and a global network of contacts to help our clients find candidates that fit both the role and the company culture. Our unique people-first approach to executive search underpinned by our streamlined, simple and innovative process transforms the way businesses hire leaders.

Established in 2018 as a challenger brand to the traditional executive search model, we have operated in over 30 countries from our base in Scotland with a thriving team of 12. In our first 6 years we have launched a Non-Executive Academy, HR Leaders Community and Future Leaders forum, built an interim search arm for the business, facilitated an internship program and most recently, developed a specialist tech exec search team. As we continue growing at pace, we intend to further develop our specialist divisions within MM Search that will be led by industry experts, helping us to continue to deliver for our clients.

Above all else, we have earned the trust of some of the UK’s most diverse and established brands that continue to work with us again (and again). We focus on professional delivery with personality – our team delivers.
