Thomas Gaus

Thomas Gaus has an extensive work experience in the software industry. Thomas started their career as a Software Engineer at COR&FJA Metris GmbH in 2008 and worked there until 2012. Afterwards, they joined M&M Software GmbH and held various roles within the company. Thomas started as a Consultant/Solution Architect in 2012 and worked until 2015. From 2016 to 2021, they served as the Group Manager Cloud in the Business Unit System Solutions. In 2021, they became the Head of Business Unit System Solutions. Most recently, they assumed the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at M&M Software GmbH in January 2022.

Thomas Gaus pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information and Performance Management from Graduate School Rhein Neckar from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they studied Informatik at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Diplom (FH) degree.
