Aitor G. has worked in various roles since 2007. Aitor was Co-Owner and Founder of Inversiones Garco from 2007-2009, Logistics Intern at Farmatodo from 2009-2014, Area Sales Manager (LATAM) at MMCall from 2014-2014, and Sales Corporate Trainer and Key Account Sales Executive at Credico (USA) LLC from 2014-present. As Area Sales Manager (LATAM), Aitor was responsible for customer acquisition on different platforms as B2B, retail, events and residential canvassing. As Sales Corporate Trainer, they interviewed, trained and developed over 15 new recruits to excel at sales system, and managed a 2 person sales team, consistently achieving sales strategies and objectives. As Logistics Intern, they improved the process of storage and replenishment of the Distribution Center by developing and implementing new strategies, and analyzed and tabulated logistic processes in order to detect weaknesses and report to top management. As Co-Owner and Founder of Inversiones Garco, they created and implemented Business plan, developed Marketing strategy and coordinated promotional activities increasing market share.

Aitor G. obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Atlantis University from 2016 to 2018 in Business Administration and Management, General. Aitor also earned an Engineer's Degree from Universidad Metropolitana (VE) from 2005 to 2010 in Production Engineering with Major in Administration and Management. In 2013, Aitor G. completed Effective Management & Supervision and Business English lvl.2 & lvl.1 courses at Miami Dade College.
