Clare Chen

Clare Chen is an accomplished finance leader with over two decades of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis. Since July 2012, Clare has served as the Lead - Finance Delivery (Reporting and Planning) at MMG Limited, where responsibilities include managing financial and statutory reporting and fostering the relationship between MMG Finance and CMN Finance. Prior roles include Senior Accountant for Group Reporting at Pacific Hydro Pty Ltd, Group Management Accountant at Vector Limited, and Financial Accountant positions at Owens Group and China Vanke Co., Ltd. Clare holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies with a major in accounting from the University of Waikato and a Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Affairs Administration from Shanghai International Studies University, complemented by membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants New Zealand.
